Purchases made on the Coccolina Edizioni website are usually filled within a week. Shipping times vary
from country to country but are never longer than 20 days.
Where an order wrongly filled Coccolina Edizioni allows 2 days from the date of delivery for the
exercise of the right of withdrawal, or the possibility to return the product. In that event, the return
of any article, so long as it is in perfect condition, refunding the whole amount paid (except for
postage and packing fees).
Coccolina Edizioni pledges to substitute any article received damaged due to transport. The damage
must be report to Coccolina Edizioni within 2 days of receipt of the article. No refund shall be allowed
for failure to receive books due to erroneous compilation of the order (wrong address and/or name of
addressee).
The parcel returning the goods must be correctly packed and must include a copy of the delivery
note. It must be addressed to one of our distributors.
Costs for the return of damaged articles shall be borne completely by Coccolina Edizioni.
The product prices are shown in US dollars on the Web site. Currency conversions are performed
directly by the customer's credit card company or by the bank at the time of the bank credit
transfer. Coccolina Edizioni is not any way responsible for the interest rates applied.
